Vector preferred, $25 vectorization fee for raster

Vector artwork (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) is preferred. A $25 vectorization fee applies to raster files (PNG, JPG, etc.) submitted for engraving. Text-only engraving is free. Design services are available at custom pricing, included in your quote. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights to use it. Beam Creative may photograph finished products for portfolio use.

10 business days standard turnaround

Standard production turnaround is 10 business days from the date of artwork approval and payment. Rush orders are available subject to capacity and are priced separately. Beam Creative is not liable for delays caused by late artwork approval or late payment.

Mockup approval required before production

A digital mockup is provided for approval before production begins. Production starts only after written approval is received. Change requests after approval may incur additional fees. Changes to orders already in production cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible.

Payment before production, Net 15 for established accounts

New customers are required to pay in full prior to production. Established accounts with approved credit terms operate on Net 15. All payment is managed through the Beam Creative customer portal. Orders do not enter production until payment or payment terms are confirmed.

Shipping added at invoicing

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of invoicing and added to the final invoice. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon pickup. Beam Creative is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7-day defect reporting window

Custom engraved products are non-returnable. If a product is defective due to an error on Beam Creative's part (incorrect engraving, wrong product, production defect), it will be replaced or refunded at no charge. Defect claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.

Liability limited to order value

Beam Creative's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the value of that order. Beam Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
